We fabricate and install our own patented downspout system.
It works by doubling water capacity, preventing leaf clogs at the top of the downspout, and protecting your underground pipes with a leaf filter clean-out box.
Because gutter screens and covers don’t work well
Leaf screens and covers create more problems than they solve. They block the top of the gutter causing leaves, needles, and other debris to accumulate ON the gutter. Heavy rains wash sloppy water over the face of the gutter which looks terrible. The accumulation of wet debris on gutter covers/screens can wick water toward the roof, causing damage to the roof-deck edge. Screens and covers also make it more difficult to clean the gutters, which all need cleaning sooner or later.
Our LeafDrop Downspout starts with an opening 4X larger than regular Downspout openings. This allows leaves and fir needles to “Drop” through an enlarged downspout (2X larger than normal) to a clean-out trap near the ground.
Our Gutters are “Seamless” aluminum—meaning they have no seams and will never leak. They are installed with hidden hangers and screws (not spikes) for a totally seamless look that lasts.
Leaves and debris “Drop” to a clean-out trap where you can reach them, keeping you off ladders, and keeping debris out of your underground drains.
Our LeafDrop Downspout system eliminates gutter-clogging and damaging overspill.
Greatly reduces cleaning costs by minimizing how often they need to be cleaned from ladders.
It's safer! Most cleaning is done from the ground without the need for ladders.
HEAR WHAT THEY'RE SAYING:
LeafDrop sent out a estimator person to talk with me about details of the install. He was knowledgeable, and understanding of my slightly special needs (gutters on a geodesic dome, and I needed two different colors of gutters and downspouts.) When time for install came, the crew was on time. They responded well to a change I wanted them to make in the slope of drainage. The installation materials (gutters and connectors) were first rate. Great Job!
